Interviews and assessments will take place at either of the following locations, which will be specified in your email invitation:-

Getting to our Locations
British Airways courtesy bus, the BA1, runs to and from Hatton Cross Underground Station every twenty to thirty minutes. You should aim to be at Hatton Cross at least forty minutes before your appointment. Please note that you must show the bus driver a copy of your email invitation to be allowed to travel on British Airways courtesy buses. Also ensure you bring photographic identification i.e. passport or driving licence to show our Security personnel at the assessment centre. Please note visitor parking at Cranebank and at Waterside is limited.

The Rivers, our purpose-built recruitment centre at Cranebank
The BA1 will stop at the main security gate at Cranebank. Please report at the main security cabin. Show your invitation email and identification and you will be issued with a Visitors pass. A member of British Airways staff will then escort you to the Rivers. Once at The Rivers, our reception staff will welcome you to the assessment day.

Waterside, our Head Office
The BA1 from Hatton Cross and BA5 from Terminal 5 will take you to Waterside. Please report at the Waterside Reception. Show your invitation email and identification and you will be issued with a Visitors pass. A member of British Airways staff will then come and collect you.
