If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment. We use a variety of assessment methods, each carefully designed to measure the skills and capabilities necessary to be successful in the role. The format of your assessment will depend upon the job you have applied for, but may consist of a mixture of classroom based tests, group exercises, presentations or interviews at one or more stages. When you are invited to attend we will let you know what to expect on the day.
