Selection Process

Applications will only be accepted online.

You will be asked to identify which business area you would like to be considered for and if you would be interested in being put forward to another area if your chosen area is over subscribed.

If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment. This may consist of a mixture of classroom based tests, group exercises and interviews.

If you are successful, you will be offered a Placement subject to references and confirmation of qualifications.
