Training and Career Development

On starting your placement with us you will be provided with induction to give you an overview of the company and its culture. You will be allocated a buddy to support a smooth transition into the company and a line manager who will agree a set of objectives for the placement period. This will ensure that we understand your expectations of us and your needs to fulfil the sandwich element of your course and you understand your role during your time with us. We will provide you with any training you need to carry out your placement and your performance will be reviewed during the year to monitor your progress with your line manager.

We'll hand you genuine responsibility right from the start, allowing you the freedom to find solutions to real problems, secure in the knowledge there is a strong framework of support and guidance to back you up.
