It's in everyone's interests that the undergraduates who join us on Placements make the most of the experience. For that to happen, it's essential you have a genuine interest in our business, in whatever capacity. You will also need to be adaptable, self-confident and highly organised.

A strong analytical ability is critical, we want problem solvers who can deal with ambiguity and grasp ideas and information quickly. Conceptual skills, creativity and excellent communication skills are highly prized too, as is a high level of numerical reasoning.
