Do I meet the requirements to apply?

You must already have:

• 2:1 Honours Degree in any discipline
• Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Have the right to work and live in the UK

How do I apply?

All initial applications for the Leaders for Business Programme need to be completed online.

Our Recruitment Process

If successful at the application stage you will then be invited to take part in further assessment which will include online and paper based psychometric tests & personality questionnaire, a group discussion, work related exercise and interview at The Rivers, Heathrow.

Once assessments have been completed, we will make offers for places on the Leaders for Business Programme subject to references, confirmation of qualifications and medical requirements. Please return to these pages for the latest information on our next Leaders for Business programme.
