What are we looking for?

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Leaders for Business Programme in October 2009. However there’s no one type of person destined to succeed above everyone else. However all will be excellent people managers and will put customer service and team work high on their agendas.

Ours is a notoriously competitive industry, and like all businesses we have demanding challenges ahead of us. However we believe that with the right people to deliver our strategy we can meet these challenges head on. As a customer service organisation, the way we build relationships, manage our people and work as one team are key to the success of our company. A strong analytical ability is critical, we want problem solvers who can deal with ambiguity and grasp ideas and information quickly. Conceptual skills, creativity and excellent communication skills are highly prized too, as is a high level of numerical reasoning.
