The Leaders for Business Programme will stretch you, but you won’t be on your own. On joining the company you will participate in a comprehensive and insightful graduate induction. This aims to provide thorough grounding in the company so you are ready to hit the ground running when you arrive in your first placement. Aside from your contemporaries you will also find a strong support network in place. Your Graduate Development Manager will provide you with regular career coaching and guidance and will work with you to develop your personal development plan. You will also have a buddy from a previous intake of graduates and an experienced manager from within the business to act as your mentor. All of these people will take an interest in tracking your progress as you pursue your career within the airline.

In addition to your programme you will also have access to an impressive range of training resources which you will be able to draw upon as you need them. From computer based training to classroom courses, programmes are offered to develop a wide range of skills such as leadership, team-building, presentation and negotiation.

At the end of the programme you will move into a permanent role within British Airways where you can consolidate your learning from the programme and continue to develop your skills and capabilities.
