Training and Development

Within Component Overhaul there's the chance to take your career in many different directions, and we are prepared to support study towards A Levels, degrees, MBAs and Chartered Status on a case by case basis.

Most of your skills development, though, will come through hands-on training relating to the area in which you work. The nature of what we do means safety is always paramount, and all new technicians work alongside a skilled trainer for at least six months.

All employees within Component Overhaul are able to take advantage of broader British Airways learning initiatives including health and safety training, computer based training and programmes designed to enhance communication, interpersonal and management skills.
