Effective teamwork is key to our ongoing success. Other important qualities include a high level of analytical ability, an enquiring mind, a willingness to take the initiative and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?

Many people begin their careers with us directly from school or university, joining us as engineering apprentices or graduates. Others have spent time in industry or business. Whilst we are keen to recruit technical and design engineers, we are also interested in meeting procurement and finance professionals.
