Direct Entry Pilot Scheme

The Direct Entry Pilot Scheme is for experienced pilots who want to develop their careers with one of the most progressive international airlines in the business.

It takes just a quick glance at what we offer our flight crews to realise why this is one of the most sought after career opportunities within the commercial aviation sector.

Pilots joining British Airways become part of an operation characterised by first class working conditions and a world class reputation for customer service and safety. We offer our pilots exciting career development prospects and more choice of fleet types and route networks, covering longhaul and shorthaul flying, than any other UK airline.

Benefits

All pilots are eligible for the generous non contributory Loss of Licence scheme provided by the Company.

British Airways provides a non contributory Healthcare plan for all pilots.
