Although our recruitment needs vary according to the demands of the business, it's possible to join us at all levels; whether you're a school leaver interested in taking up an apprenticeship or a professionally qualified graduate with several years' experience.

Graduate Engineers are recruited directly into Engineering departments, primarily Aircraft Maintenance and Powerplant. We are currently looking for Graduates who have achieved at least a 2:1 in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. For further info or to apply click here

Undergraduates interested in an Industrial Placement year with an engineering and business focus are generally based within our Supply Chain business.

You may be interested in our Professional Engineer Programme. This is a four year engineering training scheme managed within Aircraft Maintenance, designed to provide Licensed Aircraft Engineers for our business.
